Your support allows us to be a compass for an unimaginable journey.

The Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Alliance is the only non-profit organization whose sole focus is serving the community of children anywhere on the epilepsy surgery journey.

Building a community of regular donors ensures a steady stream of support that helps us to plan and execute projects effectively. With that in mind, a generous supporter has issued an exciting match challenge. For every new monthly donor that joins our monthly giving program – the Circle of Advocates – by March 31st, 2024, this donor has pledged a $1,000 match!

Circle of Advocates members will receive regular impact updates, invitation-only biannual calls with our Founder, and those who commit to a minimum monthly donation of $25 will receive a PESA t-shirt.

Here’s How Your Monthly

Support Can Make a Difference

  • Supporting Ongoing Research: Since 2011, PESA has funded over $1.2 million in research to understand and improve outcomes after surgery, including the Global Pediatric Epilepsy Surgery Registry, the only patient-powered registry to understand the developmental trajectory after epilepsy surgery. With your help, PESA will continue to drive research to understand what can be done to improve outcomes and navigate challenges post surgery.
  • Hosting Biennial Family Conferences. Medication-resistant epilepsy is a challenging journey for many families. Our family conferences bring together families and the world’s top neuro-professionals, educators, researchers, and rehabilitation clinicians who present rich sessions on issues related to pediatric epilepsy surgery. Your monthly contribution will help to maintain this vital community event.
