Our most urgent needs are listed below.

We are actively seeking volunteers to help us in the following areas. For in-person events, mileage at the federal charity reimbursement rate and onsite parking will be reimbursed:

Epilepsy Awareness Day at Disneyland • Anaheim, California

  • Sunday, November 9, 2025: 3 pm – 5 pm: Help us unpack and set up booth materials. This role involves lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs) and assisting with organizing displays.
  • Monday and Tuesday, November 10 – 11, 2025: 10 am – 5 pm: Staff our booth in single four-hour shifts during our two-day event. You can sign up for just one shift – no need to attend both days. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, handing out materials, and sharing information about our programs. Training and talking points will be provided.
  • Tuesday, November 11, 2025: 5 pm – 7 pm: Booth tear down and packing. This role involves lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs).

American Epilepsy Society Meeting • Atlanta, Georgia

  • Friday, December 5, 2025: Flexible hours between 9 am and 12 pm – Help us unpack and set up booth materials. This role involves lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs) and assisting with organizing displays.
  • Saturday, December 6, 2025: Noon – 6 pm: Staff our booth in shifts of at least four hours. Training and talking points will be provided.
  • Sunday, December 7, 2025: 10 am – 4 pm: Staff our booth in shifts of at least four hours. Training and talking points will be provided.
  • Monday, December 8, 2025: 10 am – 2 pm: Staff our booth in shifts of at least four hours. Training and talking points will be provided.
  • Monday, December 8, 2025: 2:30 pm – 5 pm: Booth tear down and packing. This role involves lifting boxes (up to 25 lbs).
