I am passionate about helping parents facing difficult decisions about epilepsy surgery. My son underwent two right hemispherotomy surgeries for Rasmussen’s encephalitis at Sainte Justine Hospital with Dr. Weil at age 5.

My son goes to a specialized school in Montreal where I am used with their IEP process as well as ways to advocate for different subjects with the Canadian school system and school boards. I have been a fierce advocate for his education and well-being, navigating the complexities of IEPs and ensuring he receives the support he needs.
