Your Support System Just Got Bigger

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Unite Us and the Child Neurology Foundation. This collaboration is designed to connect parents and caregivers with a wide array of services to provide comprehensive support and assistance in navigating your child’s health journey.

Managing pediatric epilepsy can be a complex journey, but you don’t have to travel it alone. Through this new partnership, we are committed to supporting you every step of the way, ensuring that your child receives the best care possible and that you have access to the resources you need.

Our New Partnership: Connecting Parents to Essential Resources via the Neurology Social Services Network

Unite Us can connect you with their vast network of social service programs across the United States. They offer a wide range of important resources and services, including:

– Health insurance and benefits assistance

– Clothing and household goods

– Food or transportation assistance

– Education or employment services

– Housing and utility services

– Respite care

– Legal/financial counseling

– Mental health services

– And other services tailored to meet your needs

This partnership will allow you to access these services simply by completing an online application. Unite Us will then connect you with the appropriate services in your local area. If you need help signing up, email me at avernick@epilepsysurgeryalliance.org or call at 833-673-3335 and I can walk you through the process.

We hope this new service helps you manage all the things that go along with parenting your unique child.
